I see we’ve started to litigate Jacobellis v. Ohio on Bluesky. I feel like @why.bsky.team’s approach unfortunately kind of is the only way to go on this without getting bogged down on “I know it when I see it” 🙃

This is how it starts: the half-smart idea that you’re only going to ban “boobs, dicks and asses” and then realize they are not only NOT discrete categories, but that whatever you think of as “porn” is more subjective than you think.
